Royal Palace is a Domination map in the game Marvel Rivals. Released on 10 May 2024, along with the game's Closed Alpha Test. It is the 1st Domination map added to the game.

Brother or not, I shall remove the usurper from Yggsgard's throne!
While the Allfather has his Odinsleep, Loki the God of Mischief, is now the new king of Yggsgard and has been reigning at the Royal Palace using his dirty tricks he knows to quell the uprising of the Ten Realms. Later, the God of Thunder, Thor, has returned to Asgard after being banished by Hela, and his mission is to depose Loki from the throne before Loki's plot backfires and Hela rules all Ten Realms. Thor must capture the Royal Palace where Loki is in control.
Conclusion of Events[]
There are two cinematic endings in both sides in-game for this map.
The first conclusion shows Thor flew towards the Royal Palace's throne room, releasing his thunderous power and slamming his Mjolnir with anger upon arrival, banishing all Loki's magic all which is roaming all over the palace.
The second conclusion depicts Loki still sitting on the royal throne with his scepter, releasing his Asgardian magic indicating he is still in control of Yggsgard and that he remains their king.
Gameplay[]
Like Yggdrasill Path, the Royal Palace's gimmick is that destroyed environments will be rebuilt periodically by a Loki variant.
