This variant of Tony Stark is from Earth-51920 — a perished reality salvaged by God Emperor Doom due to the incursions. What remained of this universe became a Battleworld domain known as the Valley of Doom.
In the story, Wilson Fisk's men had attempted to kill an intoxicated Stark to stop him from singing, causing Sheriff Rogers to intervene. Eventually, after a confrontation causes Lester (Bullseye) to kill Rogers, Tony attempts to shoot the former as an act of revenge. Natasha stops him.
Though, at a later skirmish, Tony finally dons a suit of armor to save Red Wolf's life.
