KO Prompts are a cosmetic earned through the Proficiency system. These icons display on the right side of the screen when a player gets a KO. The Deluxe KO Prompt is unlocked by reaching Captain with a Hero and the second Deluxe KO Prompt is unlocked by reaching Centurion with a Hero.
