Events

Overview[]

There are currently two types of in-game events in Marvel Rivals: Season Events and Special Events. There are also events which take place outside of the game: Twitch Drops and Collaborations.

Season Events[]

Season Events are events themed to coincide with each new season's Battlepass and narrative lore. They include a set number of missions that unlock as the event progresses. Completing these missions will reward players with cosmetics, gallery cards and more.

Special Events[]

Special Events are designed around specific occasions and/or themes. They feature an exclusive Arcade Mode and include unique missions that unlock as the event progresses. Completing challenges and Special Event missions will reward players with special currency to unlock cosmetics, gallery cards and more.

The Shop also offers costume bundles related to the active event.

Twitch Drops[]

Twitch Drop events are designed around watching Marvel Rivals on the live-streaming platform Twitch. They reward certain amounts of time watching Marvel Rivals with exclusive Sprays, Nameplates, Emotes, and/or Costumes in-game.

How to Connect Your Accounts[]

Go to marvelrivals.com
Log in with the account for the platform you play using (Steam, Epic Games, PlayStaiton, or Xbox)
Click in the top right hover over your username and click where it says "My Account"
On the left tab click "Connections"
Click "Connect" under the Twitch logo
Log in to your Twitch account

How To Earn Rewards and Claim Drops[]

Watch a Twitch stream in the Marvel Rivals category which as the stream tag "Drops Enabled"
To check your Drops progress, click on your profile in the top right and select "Drops & Rewards"
Click "Redeem" to claim the rewards
To claim the rewards in-game, go to the in-game mail and claim the reward
- (Make sure to claim them ASAP as they will expire after 30 days)

Tip: Use the Better Twitch TV extension, which has a setting to automatically claim Drops once they are earned.
