Costume Customization is an extra Cosmetic feature where players can change the default colors of EPIC & LEGENDARY skins.
To start customizing, you must first purchase the required costume to unlock the corresponding 
Chromas. Then, once acquiring a desired palette, changes will be applied to the Hero's in-game model, as well as their Cinematic Intro, MVP, and Emotes.
Currently, only a select few costumes will have this feature, though more will be gradually added over time.
How to Acquire
Once you are able to acquire the customizable costume of your choosing, head to the [Heroes] tab and select the chosen character's profile. Go to [Cosmetics → Costumes] and click on the costumes, where you are then given the option to CUSTOMIZE it.
Remember, NOT ALL COSTUMES HAVE THIS FEATURE. So to determine which ones are eligible, go to the game store and look at the full list of purchasable costumes or bundles. If their banner has this icon → , then a Chroma is available.
Pricing
The standard price for a single Chroma is 
600 Unstable Molecules.
To get Unstable Molecules, players can use their 
Lattice, and exchange it at a 1:1 rate. Unfortunately, there are no current means to obtain the former aside from using premium currency, though more options are said to be added by Season 3.
