Bast is a goddess worshipped by the people of Wakanda and empowering the Black Panther avatar. She's also known as the Goddess of music, pleasure and dancing to the Wakandans.
As a result of the Timestream Entanglement, Bast encountered Adam Warlock in his cosmic slumber and warned him that as universes converged into one, they were being gathered together for the "feast".
