He could have a negativity sword and his ultimate could be called pure negativaty where he sets a domain slowing the enemy team for 10 seconds

He would be a damage dealer for obvious reasons

And would have a transformation

Mister Negative would be a fun choice for a character in the game

As well as that we could get an insomniac skin and a cell shaded skin
